How far is the nearest form of water transport?
About 200 metres away is the Grand Canal and access to all areas of Venice via Water Bus, Water Taxi or Gondola.

How many floors are there? Do you have a lift?
The Mercante di Venezia is spread over two floors and unfortunately does not have a lift. Guests with mobility problems may request a room on the ground floor when booking.

What time can we check in and what time do we have to check out?
Check in is from 1 pm, check out is by 11 am.

Can I pay the bill on arrival?
If you prefer, yes.

Do all the rooms have satellite TV?
Yes, including a host of international channels such as BBC and CNN.

When is breakfast served? What kind of breakfast is offered?
Italian continental Buffet Breakfast is offered from 7 to 10 am in the luxurious breakfast room.
