How to Find Us

Regrettably, Hotel Mercante di Venezia does not offer a shuttle transfer service, however, the hotel is very easy to reach by public transport due to its location next to Santa Lucia Train Station – Venice’s principal Railway Station.

From Marco Polo International Airport (Venice) the Number 5 bus takes you to Piazzale Roma - Venice’s public transport hub and centre for parking before entering the network of canals that make up the city itself. If coming by car, Hotel Mercante di Venezia can arrange discount parking on your behalf; simply let us know when you book.

From Piazzale di Roma, proceed to Santa Maria Train Station either on foot (a five minute walk over the Ponte degli Scalzi Bridge) or one stop by Water Bus Numbers 1, 52 or 82. From Santa Lucia, take the Lista di Spagna, the spectacular ‘gateway to Venice’, and take the second left – Mercante di Venezia is on Calle della Misericordia.
